How long does each workout go for?

The workouts range from around 20-35 minutes each.

I recommend adding in LIVE (Low Intensity Variety of Exercise) activity as well as our workouts for the best results.

We recommend between 30-60mins, 3-4 times per week, especially if fat loss is your goal, depending on your time availability.

What equipment will You Need?

An adjustable dumbbell if you have one or some light weights.

If you don't have any dumbbells you can find some form of weights within your house ie: household items, think 2 jars of pasta sauce in the pantry, 2 laundry detergent bottles, 2 bricks outside etc.
